Historical Society's 'Party Like It's 1919' Centennial Gala Is Saturday
The Fresno Historical Society is 100 years old.
And it will celebrate with a Centennial Gala this Saturday, 7:30 pm to 11:45 pm, at Kearney Mansion.

Indeed, the society invites Fresno area residents to “party like it’s 1919” in the great tradition of novelist F. Scott Fitzgerald’s Jay Gatsby.If you haven’t read Fitzgerald’s “The Great Gatsby,” here is what you need to know: Millionaire Jay Gatsby threw extravagant parties at his luxurious mansion.
Food, Drink, High-Wire Entertainment and a Casino

The award-winning Painted Table is catering the event. 1920s attire is encouraged.
